1) Where is the condo located? The condo is located is located at The Nordic Inn-227 Main St. Lincoln, New Hampshire. 2) Are there any restaurants and stores in the Town of Lincoln? There are numerous restaurants and shops in Lincoln. There is also a grocery store, movie theatre and playhouse. 3) What is the maximum occupancy? The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. There is a king bed, two queens beds and a sofa bed. 4) Are Pets and smoking allowed? Pets are not allowed in the condo. Smoking is also not allowed in the condo or on the terrace.
5) How do I get the key? The lobby key is mailed after the reservation is made. Our condo has a combination code door lock. You will receive the code by email or phone prior to your stay. The code is changed after each stay.
6) Is there a cleaning fee and when is the security deposit returned? There is no cleaning fee. The security deposit is returned to you within 10 days of your departure.
7) Are linens provided? Linens and towels are provided. Linens are not provided for the sofa bed or pack n play. Pool towels are not provided. 8) Does the condo have internet service? Our condo is equipped with hi speed broadband wifi. 9) Is there transportation to Loon Mountain? Our complex has a free bus shuttle to Loon Mountain during ski season. 10) Where can I store my skis and or snowboards? Our condo has a secure ski locker for your use which is located in the basement of the Nordic Inn. Skis and snowboards are not permitted in the condo. 11) If there is an emergency during my stay, how is it handle? Our housekeeper and handyman handle any emergencies promptly since they live near the condo. |
