What a wonderful weekend!

We had a WONDERFUL weekend in Lincoln! Your condo was just
perfect...comfortable, exceptionally clean, and well-appointed. We had family staying in a different condo at the inn and ours was soooooo much nicer - it was really lovely. We have no suggestions to make as it was truly perfect. We own a vacation rental home in Stowe, so we know what it takes to keep a property in tip-top shape for rentals. Needless to say, we truly appreciated the great condition of the condo and how well-stocked you were with supplies. You have all bases covered!
We have all agreed that should we ever make our way back to Lincoln that we will be contacting you about the condo.
Thanks again for a great weekend!

This condo is in the perfect spot - close to everything in Lincoln. You could easily walk to the cool little eateries in town, and it's a short drive to all the major attractions. The complex was clean and quiet - with a great game room (free air hockey, ping pong, and foosball; coin operated billards and video games), seasonal outdoor pool, and indoor jacuzzi. Access to an indoor all-year pool is available nearby. The condo itself was bright, clean, and very comfortable. It felt like a "home", not a hotel. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, and the DVD collection was impressive. There was a high chair and playpen, and John happily provided outlet covers and a coffee table bumper at our request. The kitchen drawer contained brochures for area attractions, and John was easily accessible with a plethora of knowledge about the area. This was a great place to stay, and John was a pleasure to interact with. Thank you!

This was a great property in a great central location to see the surrounding White Mountains. It was every bit as clean and well furnished as described. (very comfortable beds!) The pride of the owner was shown through his attention to detail of the unit and the through  way that he went out of his way to help us with local information, etc. The financial arrangements and deposit refunded through paypal were handled perfectly.

We had a great time. The unit was immaculate. Good size bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A nice tv, a bunch of dvds and really fast (free) wifi. The location is great; a two minute walk from the Common Man Restaurant and there are many other options nearby. Its also less than an hour drive from the outlets in North Conway. We also made good use of the game room/gym and jacuzzi. Highly recommended

Communication with the John the owner was great, condo was better than described in the ad: absolutely immaculate, very well equipped kitchen, nice tv, plenty of games, beds and bedding were absolutely perfect. Building was also very clean and the outdoor jacuzzi was very nice. The area is really beautiful, and not so far from Montreal where we live. All in all, kids and adults loved their experience.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is immaculate and very comfortable. Great selection of movies and a lovely marble fire place. Well stocked kitchen that was very clean and bright.The owner was wonderful to deal with and very accomodating. He gave us tips on the best local places to visit that we would not have known about. The shuttle to Loon was a great extra and the driver very friendly. Great game room,very large with lots of activities for kids. My 15 year old loved it! I have recommended it to friends and will go back next year.

Clean, comfortable, perfect location! It felt like home! Everything that you would need to cook a dinner, movies galore to watch, even wi-fi. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, really nice balcony. Two full baths, and a great fireplace to come home to and warm yourself up.
There were also no issues dealing with the renter, everything was smooth and simple. Easiest trip I've planned.

We had a fantastic time. The condo is conveniently located near Loon Mountain. Very clean and spacious.
Would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed eating at the Woodstock Inn-they have some great beer from their brewery.  Would recommend this as a reliable place to stay and the owner is easy to work with.

The condo was clean and orderly when we arrived. The appliances were in good condition and there were very clear instructions left for us in the use of the wireless internet and tv/dvd player. The movie selection is a good mix for adults and kids.

Perfect spot and accommodations for a week or weekend in the Loon Mountain area. The condominium is centrally located there, tastefully decorated, well equipped, extremely clean and very well maintained.

My family enjoyed a wonderful September weekend there and would definitely consider renting for a longer stay. We are returning for another September weekend for a family event. We enjoyed the fireplace, the pools and the facilities at the complex.

I would highly recommend staying at this property. The owner provides "user friendly" customer service in all aspects of the rental process.

 

Great Summer Weekend in Lincoln, NH condo

What a great stay my family and I had in your condo! It was immaculate and comfortable. My boys really enjoyed the porch.

We really appreciated the convenience of the linens and towels being supplied. With 4 of us travelling, it really cut down on our packing needs.

The location was great, too. It took us no time to get to all of our destinations that weekend - Santa's Village, Clark's Trading Post and Franconia Notch State Park.

It was wonderful to have a pool and jacuzzi on-site. It was so fun and relaxing for our whole family.

I highly recommend this place very clean and well maintained. Beautiful view of mountains. Lots of restaurants and things to do.

Nice to take a scenic ride and if you like shopping there are outlet stores about 45 miles away, Or nice just to relax by the pool. The owner is always available to answer questions. Great spot. Can't wait to visit again.


Polar Express Visit

My family (wife and 2 children under 10) and I stayed at this property for 2 nights in early December 2008 on a trip to the Polar Express (Hobo Railroad) in Lincoln, NH. The condo is very neat, clean and well maintained and nicely located between the downtown area and Loon Mountain.

Since not much is open at Loon in early December, we spent a lot of time at the condo and the indoor pool next door. I highly recommend the condo for any trips to the Loon area. It slept us 4 extremely comfortably and would easily sleep a family of 6-8 without crowding. The owner is very accommodating and I received my security deposit refund in a very timely manner. One night we ate at the Common Man restaurant, a short drive or 5-10 minute walk, which was excellent. The Polar Express was fantastic and the trip was a big hit with the family.
